Our Property Management team is overseen by Property Manager Jade Lippiatt, with 10 years experience in Real Estate in both Property Management and Sales. Jade’s experience and knowledge allows Homestead Realty to manage our clients' investments efficiently and to a high standard.

Jade not only oversees the Property Management department but also specialises in liaising with landlords and dealing with any departmental administration and staffing issues.

Our Property Manager, Abby Roberts is a young dynamo, always willing to attend to the needs of our tenants.

Our Leasing Consultants market our rental properties and arrange property viewings. They process applications in order to locate the best potential tenants for our investors.

Our Lease Specialist Peta Phelan co-ordinates all aspects of lease renewals, ensuring that tenant and owner needs are met and that rent reviews are reflective of the current market.

The glue that sticks our team together is our open door policy, - we communicate amongst each other and with our landlords and our tenants to keep you informed of pertinent issues.
