Jan Wilkie - Property Consultant
Jan Wilkie gained her registration in 1988 at the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (Inc) and has specialised in selling property within a 7km range of her home in Mt Lawley. During this time Jan has gained extensive experience in selling either by exclusive agency or by Auction with a high success rate of selling under the hammer.
Her family were born and raised in this inner city/northern suburbs area, giving her a thorough knowledge of the facilities and educational institutions available. This experience has proved invaluable over the years as Western Australia has a transient population being home to many of the large Mining Companies with head offices in Perth.
Jan also has had extensive experience and involvement in the building industry, having been a Director of her family building company for 25 years which specialised in the renovations and extensions of character homes in the Mt Lawley district.
